Please be no later than 10 minutes late. Anything after 10 minutes will result in a cancellation and you will be charged 50% of your service fee. No-call/No-shows will be charged 50% of your service fee. Cancellation that are made less than 24hrs will be charged 50% of your service fee. If you need to reschedule please do so 2 days in advance. A $10 rescheduling fee will be applied when rescheduling less than 24hrs and will need to be paid up front at time of rescheduling. If you fail to pay any fees acquired or are a No-call/No-show you will be banned from future booking until fees are resolved.
